ROXAS City – The No. 1 most wanted person for rape in the town of Ivisan in Capiz province was arrested.
Combined forces of the Ivisan Municipal Police Station, Roxas City Police and Capiz Provincial Intelligence Unit cornered “Darwin”, 42, of Barangay Basiao, Ivisan at about 6:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 4, in Barangay Balijuagan, Roxas City.
He was also the No. 4 most wanted person in the province.
Darwin has a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Faustino V. Roxas of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 14, with no bail recommended./PN
