ILOILO City – The court did not recommend a bail bond for a carnapping suspect caught in Barangay Sablogon, Passi City, Iloilo.
The 26-year-old Niemar Dichoso of Barangay Alimono, Passi City was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant around 9:45 a.m. on Monday, a police report showed.
Dichoso faces a charge for violation of Republic Act 10883, or the New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Passi City police station./PN
