BACOLOD City – No bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of a man arrested in Barangay Himaya, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental.
Ryan Alberca, 29, a resident of Barangay Camalanda-an, Cauayan, Negros Occidental, is facing murder charges, police said.
Alberca was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 5:15 p.m. on Feb. 24.
He was brought to the Hinigaran police station./PN
