BACOLOD City – The court recommended no bail bond for the temporary liberty of a drug suspect arrested in Barangay 6, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
The 19-year-old resident Johnmar Valencia was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 4:20 p.m. on May 9, a police report showed.
Officers of the municipal police station served the warrant which was issued by Judge Dyna Doll Chiongson-Trocio of the Regional Trial Court Branch 40 in Silay City, Negros Occidental dated December 7, 2018.
Valencia was detained in the lockup cell of the Victorias City police station./PN
