ILOILO City – The court recommended no bail bond for the temporary liberty of a drug suspect arrested in Barangay Guinacas, Pototan, Iloilo.
The 51-year-old Arnel Porras was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 9:30 a.m. on July 23, a police report showed.
Porras was detained in the lockup cell of the Pototan municipal police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
