BACOLOD City – The court recommended no bail bond for the temporary liberty of a rape suspect in Barangay Cubay, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental.
He was identified as 48-year-old “taho” vendor Antonio Dima-angay, a police report showed.
Dima-angay – resident of Silay City, Negros Occidental – was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 3:20 p.m. on June 6, the report added.
Officers of the Silay City police station served the warrant which was issued by Judge Mila Yap-Camiso of the Regional Trial Court Branch 74 in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental dated May 20, 2019.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Silay City police station./PN
