BACOLOD City – The court recommended no bail bond for the temporary liberty of a murder suspect arrested in Barangay Zone 1, Murcia, Negros Occidental.
The 31-year-old resident Jay-Arr Cortez was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 8:45 a.m. on Feb. 7, a police report showed.
Officers of the municipal station served the warrant issued by Judge Phoebe Gargantiel-Balbin of the Regional Trial Court Branch 45 here dated Jan. 2.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Murcia police station./PN
