BACOLOD City – The court recommended no bail bond for the temporary liberty of a murder suspect arrested in Barangay Talaban, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified the suspect as 38-year-old resident Elmer Talamante Flores.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on Wednesday afternoon, a police report showed.
The Regional Trial Court Branch 101 in Santa Rosa, Laguna issued the warrant against him on July 15, the report added.
Flores was detained in the lockup cell of the Himamaylan City police station to be turned over to a custodial facility in Laguna./PN
