BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man charged with murder in Barangay San Benito, Calatrava town, Negros Occidental.
No bail bond was recommended for resident Renato De-erio’s temporary liberty. The 40-year-old resident was caught around 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 1, a police report showed.
Joint operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Bacolod City and Calatrava police force staged De-erio’s apprehension on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Reginald Fuentebella of the Regional Trail Court Branch -59 in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental dated Sept. 23, 2020.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the Calatrava municipal police station./PN
