BACOLOD City – No bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of a rape suspect nabbed in Barangay Dolis, Calatrava, Negros Occidental.
The 26-year-old Ryan Planas was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 5 p.m. on Feb. 15, police said.
He was detained in the lockup facility of the municipal police station./PN
