BACOLOD City – The court denied bail for the temporary liberty of a rape suspect arrested in Barangay Marcelo, Calatrava, Negros Occidental.
Thirty-one-year-old Millandro Urbano was caught around 6:05 a.m. on Nov. 14 by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Amy Alabado Avellano of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 58 (San Carlos City, Negros Occidental).
The suspect was detained at the Calatrava police station./PN
