BACOLOD City – Three murder suspects will be staying in jail during the trial of their case.
Regional Trial Court Branch 62 (Bago City) Judge Frances Guanzon denied them bail.
Gerard Ina, 23; Rodel Ina, 29; and Arnold Lariosa, 32, — all residents of Barangay Balingasa, Bago City, Negros Occidental — were arrested one after the other around 4 p.m. on Tuesday.
Guanzon issued the arrest warrant against them on June 30, 2014 yet, but the police failed to find them in their address — until on Tuesday in Barangay Lag-asan, Bago City, where they had been hiding.
The suspects were detained in the Bago City police station jail and set for transfer to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology facility in Barangay Tabunan, also in Bago./PN
