ILOILO City – A Norwegian man was arrested for alarm and scandal in Barangay Dulonan, Arevalo district.
The 59-year-old Trym Staumo – who temporarily resides in San Jose, Antique – was caught around 11:30 p.m. on Monday, a police report showed.
He was nabbed after he repeatedly knocked the doors of residents in Barangay Dulonan that night.
According to the cops, this sparked disturbance and fear among the residents.

This is inncorrect news. I was hold up by the police because they thought I was drunk. I had been drinking for several weeks, so I asume tierd is the new “drunk” in Iloilo. I was also beaten up by the police. Result: broken ribbone that penetrated my lung.. x-ray at Wesrern Visayas hospital shoved apx, 175 ml of blod inside my lung. The question is where do i file a blatter against PNP Iloilo?
