Not a car nut

Ford Ranger tames Zambales!

Last week Panay News joined a group of car journalists when Ford Philippines set up camp somewhere in Zambales to showcase the all-new Ranger and Everest in action. These cars did not disappoint!

The full range of Ranger models. From the most affordable Ranger XL 4×4 MT to the chart-topping Ranger Bi-Turbo Wildtrak 4×4 AT.

For example, we were able to ride and drive the plush Ranger 4×4 and we did not want to let go! Sand, mud, and water were easy pickings for this off-road transporter.

The Ford Ranger is among the most anticipated new models, given the resounding success of previous models and its good-looking cousin the Raptor.

We are loving this new macho looking look of the Ranger. You can take this to the mountains or to your upscale dinner date!

These new trucks are loaded. The model we tested had fender flares, two-tone 18-inch wheels, LED foglights, and dual side steps.

It has wireless connection for Apple Carplay and Android Auto, wireless charging, windshield-mounted USB port, electronic parking break, plus loads of other goodies! This is easily the best equipped off-roader in the market!

Host to our happy faces was the Swissotel at Clark freeport in Pampanga.

Thank you Ford Phils., Mr. Michael Bree, Ford Ph. Head & Managing Director, Mr. Dan Ciccocioppo, Global Program Mgr. & Mr. Edward Joseph Francisco, head of communications dept. PR Works team headed by Ms. Doris Mongaya & Mr George Ramirez. It was, indeed, an amazing ride! Cheers!
