IT’S BEEN three years and every morning the “devotees to the cult of the yellow ribbon”, trendy social climbers, the so-called woke millennials and the rest of the idiots wake up to the grim reality (at least for them) that Rodrigo Duterte is still President of the Philippines.
Just the thought that these hypocrites are squirming in their knickers for three more years, perhaps more, makes it all worthwhile and always brings a naughty smile.
For these “yellow ribbon devotees” every calamity – man-made or otherwise – that affects the Philippines becomes an excellent opportunity to bash President Rodrigo Duterte and the more destruction or casualties the better for them.
Take note that in times of adversity almost all civilized nations of the world stand together, setting aside political differences and unite for their country.
Sadly, that’s not the case in the Philippines. The “yellow ribbon devotees” and the rest of the social climber idiots are just waiting for anything untoward to happen and immediately on cue they start bashing President Duterte.
Bringing President Rodrigo Duterte down at all cost has become an obsession, a mania and in the process it does not matter if it brings the Filipino people and the country down.
I suppose with such high stakes as the freedom of Noynoy, Butch, Frank, Sonny, Jun, and Leila it is imperative that Duterte is replaced with Leni.
The survival of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, ABS-CBN, Maria Ressa and Rappler, Raissa Robles and down the pecking order the has-beens that never was – Jim Paredes, Leah Navarro and Cynthia Patag – also depends on the fall of Rodrigo Duterte.
Fanning hatred against President Rodrigo Duterte among the trendy social climbing idiots in Manila is topmost on the agenda of the “yellow ribbon devotees” and these gullible idiots lap it up as “Digong” is apparently not “sosyal” and disente enough for these morons.
President Rodrigo Duterte has accomplished in his three years in office more than twice over than his predecessor, that nincompoop Noynoy Aquino, did in his six years in office. But then again, Noynoy spent 12 years in Congress and the Senate without a single law to his name.
I suppose they also hate Duterte for that.
After all the “well-oiled infrastructure” campaigns and propaganda, both locally and internationally, with only one purpose, and that is to make Duterte look bad, this has to happen: Excerpts from the July 9, 2019 issue of the Manila Times:
4 in 5 Filipinos satisfied with Duterte – SWS
THE net satisfaction rating of President Rodrigo Duterte rose to a personal high for the second quarter of 2019, with 4 out of 5 Filipinos voicing satisfaction with his performance, according to the Social Weather Stations (SWS).
The survey, conducted from June 22 to 26, 2019, found that 80 percent of Filipinos were satisfied with the performance of Duterte, while 12 percent were dissatisfied.
The remaining 9 percent were undecided.
This resulted in a +68 net satisfaction rating, which was classified by the polling firm as “very good.”
This surpassed the previous record of +66 in the prior quarter and in June 2017.
This record “very good” satisfaction rating has already been reported by the known rabid anti- Duterte mainstream media outlets i.e. ABS-CBN and the Philippine Daily Inquirer albeit very painful for them to do so. Meanwhile Rappler is still agonizing coming to terms with it.
A colleague mentioned to me that perhaps Maria Ressa and her Rappletes are still brainstorming for a negative spin to this.
I can understand why politicians, particularly from the Liberal Party, would want to bring Duterte down as one by one all their shenanigans and other corrupt money-making activities during the time of that nincompoop Noynoy Aquino are brought to the fore.
Their motivation is purely survival and avoiding imprisonment.
But these Frappuccino infused “woke millennials” and trendy social climbers wanting to bring Duterte down are something else. I can only surmise they’re heavily influenced (I don’t like to use brainwashed) by their ageing pseudo-activist teachers who romanticized student activism during the First Quarter Storm or they’re just idiots who see themselves as the next “Che Guevara.” Perhaps both.
Of course you hate President Rodrigo Duterte and nothing could give you more pleasure than his downfall. Then what? (brotherlouie16@gmail.com/PN)
