ILOILO – One person died and two were injured after a delivery van collided with a parked dump truck at around 2:40 p.m. on Monday, March 16, in Barangay Pili, Ajuy town.
Ajuy police said that delivery van driver June Selobrico was declared dead on arrival at the hospital due to fatal body injuries.
The injured passengers, Jason Patano and Ronelo Muyong, were rushed to Sara District Hospital. They are now in stable condition.
Police Captain John Michael Dalipe, officer-in-charge of the Ajuy Municipal Police Station, said the delivery van was on its way to Balasan town, transporting frozen products when it figured in a road accident.
