ILOILO – A motorcycle carrying two individuals fell into an irrigation canal in Barangay Talisay, Barotac Nuevo.
Driver “Jules,” 30, a resident of the town’s Barangay Monpon was declared dead at Don Jose S. Monfort Medical Center.
Passenger “Nic,” 18, sustained abrasions.
Initial police investigation revealed that Jules, allegedly under the influence of intoxicating liquor, lost control of the motorcycle at approximately 6 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 7./PN
