ILOILO City – A man was wounded in a robbery incident on Delgado Street, City Proper.
Eljohn Chavez of Tagbac Sur, Oton, Iloilo sustained a head injury, a police report showed.
According to police investigators, Chavez was walking when two unidentified men blocked his way and hit him on the head around 8 p.m. on Aug. 12.
The suspects took his wallet with P600 cash and cellphone.
Police officers have yet to identify the suspects, who fled after the incident./PN
