BACOLOD City – The court recommended a P120,000 bail bond for the temporary liberty of a man charged with attempted murder in Barangay Suba, Calatrava, Negros Occidental.
The 40-year-old Juanito Villacorta of Barangay Malanog, Calatrava was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 5:45 p.m. on March 17, a police report showed.
Officers of the municipal police station served the warrant issued by Judge Reginald Fuentebella of the Regional Trial Court Branch 59 in San Carlos City dated Feb. 12, 2020.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Calatrava municipal police station./PN
