BACOLOD City – Six persons were arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay 6, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Three sachets of suspected shabu weighing about 20 grams valued at around P136,000 were confiscated from Jose Owen Palabrica, Roberto Molmorida, Amado Palabrica, Reah Bartulin, Edrico Frasco Jr., and Ronnel Carbonilla Laspobres, a police report showed.
Operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency staged the operation around 7 p.m. on April 2.
The suspects were detained in the lockup cell of the San Carlos City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (With a report from Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 6/PN)
