BACOLOD City – Three brothers apprehended in a drug buy-bust operation are facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Officers of the Silay City Police Station seized a total of 25 grams of suspected shabu valued at P170,000 from suspects Angelito Catanghal, 56; Jerry Catanghal, 41; and Edsel Catanghal, 58, all residents of Barangay Guinhalaran, Silay City, Negros Occidental.
The operation, led by Police Lieutenant Colonel Mark Anthony Darroca, chief of the Silay City Police Station, was conducted around 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 13, in Barangay Guinhalaran.
