ILOILO City – A 32-year-old drug pushing suspect was arrested in Barangay Our Lady of Fatima, Jaro district around 9:50 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 24.
Mellyn Dubos alias “Small”, a resident of Barangay Pulao, Dumangas, Iloilo, was nabbed after handing over a plastic sachet of suspected “shabu” to a police poseur buyer for P2,100.
Police confiscated an additional six plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing a total of 27 grams and with a standard drug price of P183,600, and several non-drug items.
Dubos was detained at the Jaro police station and would be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
