BACOLOD City – The court recommended a P200,000 bail bond for the temporary liberty of a frustrated murder suspect nabbed in Barangay Bulad, Isabela, Negros Occidental.
Resident Francisco Java was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 11:50 a.m. on May 18, a police report showed.
