ILOILO City – The court recommended a bail bond worth P200,000 for the temporary liberty of a child abuse suspect in Passi City, Iloilo.
The 55-year-old Rey Pilarta was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 7:15 p.m. on Thursday in Barangay Man-it, Passi City.
He is facing a case for violation of Section 5 (b) of Republic Act 7610, or the Special Protection of Children against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.
