BACOLOD City – A P200,000 bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of a man arrested in Barangay Crossing Pulupandan, Pulupandan, Negros Occidental.
The 36-year-old Roed Villaruel, a resident of the town’s Barangay Canjusa, is facing carnapping charges, police said.
