ILOILO City – A P200,000 bail bond has been set for the temporary liberty of a laborer from Sitio Luyo, Barangay Culasi, Roxas City.
The 19-year-old Lino Villa was charged with acts of lasciviousness.
Officers from the Roxas City police station arrested and took him in custody.
They served the suspect a warrant of arrest at around 12 noon on Feb. 5 in the village, a police report showed.
Presiding Judge Esperanza Isabel E. Poco-Deslate of the Regional Trial Court Branch 14 (Roxas City) issued the warrant on Jan. 30 and set the bail bond./PN
