ILOILO City – A court recommended a bail bond worth P240,000 for the temporary liberty of a 60-year-old man accused of domestic violence, a police report showed.
Patricio Dayaday of Barangay Cabalabaguan, Mina, Iloilo was arrested around 1:40 a.m. Monday on F. Parcon Street in Pototan, Iloilo, the report added.
Police caught Dayaday on the strength of an arrest warrant the court issued in relation to a charge filed against him for violation of Republic Act 9262, or the Anti-Violence against Women and their Children Act of 2004.
Dayaday was detained in the lockup cell of the Pototan municipal police station./PN
