ILOILO City – If he pays P24,000, a qualified theft suspect may get temporary liberty.
Michael Dela Cruz, 29, was detained at the police station in Makato, Aklan.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest at around 6:30 p.m. in Barangay Libang, Makato on Monday, a police report showed.
Judge Ronald Exmundo of the Regional Trial Court Branch 4 issued the warrant and set the bail bond at P24,000.
It was not yet clear as of this writing if the suspect has posted bail./PN
