BACOLOD City – The court recommended a
P40,000 bail bond for the temporary liberty of a man facing illegal drug
charges in Barangay Mahalang, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Rodrigo Nabaja, 41, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant
around 10:20 a.m. on April 23, police said.
Police officers served the warrant issued by Judge Walter Zorilla of the Regional Trial Court Branch 55 in Himamaylan City dated March 13, 2020.
Nabaja was detained in the Himamaylan City police station’s lockup facility./PN
