ILOILO City – The court recommended a P40,000 bail bond for a man charged with homicide in Janiuay, Iloilo.
The 45-year-old Joel Armada was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant in Barangay Aquino Nobleza East, Janiuay, a police report showed.
Armada – a resident of Barangay Barasalon, Janiuay – was arrested around 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, the report added.
Armada allegedly used an unlicensed gun when he committed the homicide.
He was detained in the lockup facility of the Janiuay police station./PN
