ILOILO City – Over P400,000 worth of suspected shabu was seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Bitoon Ilaya, Cuartero, Capiz on Feb. 23.
Suspect Emmanuel Frebaldos, 26, was a resident of Barangay Sta. Rita, Dumalag, Capiz.
A total of 12 sachets of suspected shabu weighing around 56 grams valued at P401,200, a cellphone, a bag and P7,000 in marked money were recovered from the suspect.
Frebaldos was the No. 10 high-value suspect in the provincial police watch list, according to Cuartero Municipal Police Station investigator Police Master Sergeant Edmer Dayalo.
The suspect faces charges for violating Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
