BACOLOD City – About half million worth of drugs were seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 2.
Residents Mark Dayon, 29, and Conilyn Rose Chavez, 27, yielded 75 grams of suspected shabu valued at P525,000, a police report showed.
Operatives of the Police Regional Office 6’s Drug Enforcement Unit staged the suspects’ arrest around 8:35 p.m. on March 13.
Dayon and Chavez were detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 2, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
