BACOLOD City – Sixteen sachets of suspected shabu weighing about 60 grams valued around P600,000 were recovered in a buy-bust operation in Sitio Sibucao, Barangay Banago.
Police identified the suspects as residents 29-year-old Erica Lim, 19-year-old Christine Lim, 32-year-old Renny Escobar, and 22-year-old Hengie Recarder.
They were nabbed after they allegedly sold illegal drugs to an undercover officer around 8 p.m. on April 17.
Aside from suspected shabu, a .9mm pistol, two .38-caliber revolvers and a magazine with live bullets were also seized.
The suspects were detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 3, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
