BACOLOD City – Seven sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P60,000 were seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Zone 10, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
The 47-year-old Alex Castillo and Rachel Jover, 41, yielded the suspected illegal drugs, a police report showed.
Castillo and Jover – all residents of Barangay Zone 4-A, Talisay City – were caught after they sold suspected shabu to an undercover cop for P500 around 5:15 p.m. on June 28, it added.
The suspects were detained in the custodial facility of the Talisay City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
