BACOLOD City – Suspected shabu worth P748,000 was seized from three persons in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Bata.
Authorities identified the suspects as Dave Dumip-ig, 18; Mark John Tanique, 32; and Rodel Vasques, 25.
They initially sold two sachets of the prohibited substance to an undercover officer for P28,500 around 5:30 p.m. on March 27, police said.
About 110 grams of illegal drugs in total were recovered from their possession.
The suspects were detained at the Police Station 3 lockup facility. Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against them./PN
