BACOLOD City – Six sachets of suspected shabu weighing about 6 grams valued at P90,000 were recovered in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 5.
Resident 21-year-old Dominick Ortilla yielded the suspected illegal drugs, police said.
Ortilla was nabbed after he allegedly sold shabu to an undercover officer for P4,000 around 6:45 p.m. on April 22.
Aside from the suspected illegal drugs, a live bullet of a .40-caliber pistol, two cellphones and P3,030 cash were also seized.
Ortilla was detained in the Silay City police station’s custodial facility.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, will be filed against him./PN
