BACOLOD City – Twelve sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P90,000 were seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Bagumbayan, Valladolid, Negros Occidental.
Resident Anthony Lopez, 30, yielded the suspected illegal drugs, a police report showed.
An undercover cop initially bought from Lopez a sachet of suspected shabu for P500 around 5 p.m. on 24, it added.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Valladolid municipal police station.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against him./PN
