ILOILO City – For illegal possession of firearm, a father and his two sons were arrested in Barangay Pulo Maestra Vita, Oton, Iloilo yesterday.
Policemen of Oton went to the house of 68-year-old Rolando Condag Sr., 31-year-old Rolando Jr. and 43-year-old Francis wielding a search warrant around 8:30 a.m.
They seized a .45-caliber pistol loaded with seven live bullets; a .380-caliber pistol loaded with 10 live bullets; a .45- caliber pistol and a 12-gauge shotgun.
The suspects were detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
