BACOLOD City – Both charged with murder, a man and his son were caught in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental this week.
The father was identified as the 73-year-old Leonardo Cabuctulan of Barangay San Antonio, Himamaylan City, a police report showed.
Cabuctulan was arrested in Barangay San Antonio around 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
His son Leny, 43, was then caught around 9:30 a.m. on Thursday in Barangay Caradio-a, also in Himamaylan.
The Cabuctulans were nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Walter Zorilla of the Regional Trial Court Branch 55 in Himamaylan City issued on Aug. 7, 2017.
They were detained at the Himamaylan City police station lockup facility.
The court did not recommend a bail bond for the temporary liberty of the Cabuctulans./PN
