BACOLOD City – A 53-year-old man was peppered with bullets by unidentified motorcycle-riding gunmen in Barangay Sum-ag.
Gaudioso Empase was a resident of Barangay Pahanocoy, a police report showed.
From what the Police Station 9 gathered so far, Empase was driving his tricycle when attacked around 8:45 p.m. on Oct. 28.
The victim sustained gunshot wounds on the head and elbow. He died on the spot, police said.
Recovered from the crime scene were five empty shells of an unknown caliber of firearm.
Policemen were still trying to identify who may have fired at Empase. They have yet to determine the motive in the killing as well./PN
