ILOILO City – For illegal fishing, a resident of Barangay Butacal, Panay, Capiz was arrested and detained at the municipal police station.
Christ Lito Delgado was apprehended using trawl in the waters of Panay town around 7 a.m. on April 11.
The police and personnel of the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources said Delgado faces a charge for violation of Municipal Ordinance No. 03-02 Series of 2003./PN
