PANAY NEWS INC. held its much-anticipated yearend party on December 21, 2024, bringing together employees from Iloilo, Bacolod City and Manila for a day of reflection, learning and celebration.
The day commenced with a conference where each department presented their achievements and insights for the year, along with strategic plans for 2025. This was followed by a learning and development workshop centered on the theme âPositivity in Action: Cultivating a Winning Mindset,â with Ms. Rowena Diaz as the resource speaker. The session inspired employees to embrace optimism and resilience in the workplace.
Moreover, the evening festivities featured exciting raffle prizes, engaging games, and the much-awaited performance competition of each department. Teams Editorial and Digital; Admin, Finance and Marketing (AFM); and Operations and Circulation showcased their creativity and teamwork. Team AFM emerged as the champion with their standout performance.
The event also recognized Panay News Inc.âs exemplary employees for their outstanding contributions throughout the year. Several employees, including those from Fajardo Gasoline Station, were also recognized for their years of service to the company.
