ILOILO City – Police arrested an illegal gambling suspect in Barangay Agdahon, Passi City.
Raul Palmares of Salvacion Street, Barangay Poblacion Ilawod, Passi City was taken to the Passi City police station.
Officers caught the 24-year-old collecting bets for the illegal numbers game “bookies” at around 10 a.m. Sunday, a police report showed.
Gambling paraphernalia and bet money amounting to P1,300 were recovered from him.
