ILOILO – Around 5:50 a.m. in Sitio Agpa, Barangay Jaguimitan, Passi City on Aug. 2, Passi City’s No. 1 most wanted person was arrested in his house.
Ronald Porcal was 41 years old. The warrant for his arrest was issued by Presiding Vicente Villa Go of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 68 (Dumangas, Iloilo) on July 20, 2022.
Porcal was charged with acts of lascivious under section 5 (B) of Republic Act 7610 and Rape.
The bail recommended is fixed at P108,000 for lascivious P200,000 for the crime of rape.
Joint elements of the Passi police station and 2nd Iloilo Provincial Mobile Force Company launched the successful operation.
Police Regional Office 6 director, Police Brigadier General Flynn Dongbo lauded the leadership of Iloilo Police Provincial Office.
Porcal was in the custody of Passi Component City Police Station for documentation prior turnover to court concerned./PN
