BACOLOD City – Charged with rape, a pastor was arrested in Barangay 9, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
The 30-year-old resident Daryl John Sanggo was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on July 2, a police report showed.
Judge Rodney Magbanua of the Regional trial Court Branch 61 issued the warrant against him.
Sanggo was detained in the Kabankalan City police station custodial facility.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
