ANTIQUE – A 22-year-old man died in a road accident in Barangay Igbarawan, Patnongon town.
Police identified the victim as alias “Charles,” a resident of the town’s Barangay Carit-an.
According to Staff Sergeant Charlie Peregil, traffic investigator of the Patnongon Municipal Police Station, Charles lost control of his motorcycle and overshot the road around 10:20 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3.
Peregil said the victim was thrown off his motorcycle five to six meters away.
He added that the victim who was not wearing a helmet succumbed to fatal head injuries./PN
