ILOILO City – Policemen on mobile patrol apprehended a man carrying a homemade 12-gauge shotgun in Barangay Amparo Pavia, Iloilo on Monday.
The 57-year-old Deliserio Jagolino of Barangay Balabag, Pavia was taken to the municipal police station at around 10:50 p.m.
Jagolino faces a charge for violation of Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act) and of the Commission on Elections gun ban./PN
