ILOILO City – After three years of hiding, the No. 12 most wanted person in the town of Pavia, Iloilo was finally arrested.
Gerald Anatan of Barangay Purok 2, Pavia was collared in Barangay San Pedro, Molo, Iloilo city.
A robbery suspect, Anatan’s warrant of arrest was issued on Nov. 29, 2011 yet by Judge Danilo Galvez of the Regional Trial Court.
Joint operatives of the Molo police station and Pavia police station staged the successful arrest.
Anatan was detained at the Pavia police station lockup cell.
Judge Galvez set the bail bond at P24,000 but as of press time yesterday, it was unclear if Anatan was able to bail himself out./PN
