ILOILO City – He was listed as the No.2 most wanted person in the police station of Pavia, Iloilo.
The 23-year-old Romulo Articula was arrested in Barangay Cabugcabug, President Roxas, Capiz, a police report showed.
Articula – resident of Barangay Carmencita, President Roxas – was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 1:30 p.m. on July 6.
The court issued the warrant in relation to a murder charge Articula faces, the report added.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Pavia police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for Articula’s temporary liberty./PN
