The public is advised to exercise utmost due diligence and prudence in transacting with these FB pages or any other entities unlawfully using PCSO’s name, logo and winning draw results for its authorized number games namely Ultra Lotto 6/58, Grand Lotto 6/55, Super Lotto 6/49, Mega Lotto 6/45, Lotto 6/42, 6D Lotto, 4D Lotto, 3D Lotto, 2D Lotto, KENO and Small Town Lottery.
The public is notified that the unauthorized use of PCSO’s lotto draw results is punishable under Republic Act No. 9287 (Anti-Gambling Laws). Moreover, the use of PCSO’s logo and corporate name without its consent and authority is deemed a violation of Republic Act No. 8293 or the Intellectual Property Law and punishable under Article 177 of the Revised Penal Code for Usurpation of Authority.
